FLL Parking & Shuttles – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the parking facilities at FLL Parking & Shuttles, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not park at our facilities.

2. Payment Terms

All parking fees must be paid in advance. Acceptable forms of payment include major credit/debit cards and approved online platforms such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Stripe.

3. Time Limits

All parking reservations must adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times. Overstaying your reservation may result in additional daily charges or late fees.

4. Security Disclaimer

FLL Parking & Shuttles is monitored by security personnel and equipped with surveillance cameras to enhance safety. However, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your vehicle or its contents while parked in our facility.

5. Handicap Accessible Parking

Designated handicap-accessible spaces are available and reserved for vehicles displaying a valid disability placard or license plate.

6. Commercial Vehicles

Commercial vehicles may be permitted based on availability. Restrictions may apply based on size, type, or required clearance. Additional fees may also apply.

7. Lost Tickets or Reservations

If you lose your booking confirmation or cannot verify your reservation, a valid photo ID may be required. An administrative fee may apply for re-verification or replacement.

8. Vehicle Damage or Incident Reporting

If your vehicle is damaged while on our premises, report it immediately to an on-site crew member or manager. Claims reported after leaving the property may not be accepted.

9. Changes to Terms

FLL Parking & Shuttles reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our facility constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

FLL Parking & Shuttles shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our parking services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
